Your fitness journey at TheTrackX begins with the latest in fitness technology – the Technogym Omnia. It is an 8 station multi work out machine that engages both the new and the experienced.

Moving further into the facility , a 8 person high intensity class has been tailored to challenge, engage and motivate the young and old. Our training methodolgy revolves around Power, Speed & Agility.

Four  classes are at the rear – Fitness Boxing, Group Cycle Spin, Performance Riding & Performance Rowing will be conducted simultaneously to round off the ultimate fitness playground experience.
