On the ground floor, TheTrack offers only the very best equipment for your strength training needs. Our equipment have been custom made to the highest standards, from our super-ergonomic strength machines inspired by world-class brands to the vast selection of cardio machines powered by Technogym. We have world-class weight lifting bars and dumbbells up to 65kg! Weight plates are in abundance so no member will ever need to share plates while in between sets.

 TheTrack’s most distinctive feature is our indoor 45 metre track. Its purpose is to encourage members to participate in active recovery during their rest period. Imagine the number of steps one can clock during the entire workout session!

On the second level are where all the cardio equipement are located. Workout to a sweat with the view of the swan river right front of you.
