MEMBERSHIP

Yes! We are open 24 hours, every day of the year.

There are 4 types of membership plans – 6 Months Contract Plan, No Contract Plan, Year Upfront and our Exclusive VIP Membership.

No! The VIP lounge is strictly for VIP members only.

 

Breaking of this rule will result in a $100 fine.

The minimum age to be a member of TheTrack is 16 years of age. 
 
While it is never too early to start fitness training, there will be certain restrictions for guests under 16 to train here. This is for safety and security reasons.
 
Guest Passes are only available to above 16 years of age.

Yes! Members may purchase a guest entry at $15/entry for each guest.

This is available for purchase on our website.

Members are fully responsible and liable for their guest’s actions and the guest will be required to enter and exit theTrack with the accompanying member.

Members are also required to inform us when a guest pass has been purchased. 

This can be via email or text.

 

No matter the excuse – If a member were to sneak someone into TheTrack without purchasing the guest pass, the fine of $50 is applied to his/her next debit without any notification.

theTrack gym has a strict – No towel, No gym policy. All members are required to bring a towel with them to train. If you forget, we do have towels for sale at $20/each.
 
Also due to Covid-19 regulations, our water fountain will be removed for use until further notice. The water fountain tap however will be kept on. Members can use the tap to fill up their drink bottles.

No!

All members are required to tap in at the entrance. TheTrack gym has a tailgate monitoring system to prevent any unauthorized entry by tailgaters. Once detected by the system, our CCTV will identify the culprit and we will be in contact with the member that allowed the tailgater in.

Yes! The replacement membership fob will cost $30 and can be purchased at TheTrack office during staff hours only.

Yes! Guest Entry Pass is available for purchase during staffed hours only.

As a guest, you must enter and exit TheTrack Langley during staffed hours and abide by all the gym rules.

Please approach the office during staffed hours to purchase the guest pass.

Yes! We have personal trainers at theTrack to cater to your training requirements. You can book our PTs by emailing us at langley@thetrackgym.com.au or speaking to one of the staff during staffed hours.

Group classes are not yet available at this facility.

Virtual Cardio Cycling Classes will be available 24/7 at the cardio room.

Yes! At theTrack, we have a suspension policy for members who wish to put their membership on hold. This is for a maximum of 60 days ( and no more than two suspensions) in a calendar year.

Yes most definitely!

During your membership or trial orientation, you would have been shown the rules board which all members should abide by.

The rules include basic gym etiquette like appropriate clothing and footwear at all times, re-racking weight plates after use, etc.

Members or Guests who fail to abide by the rules will be frowned upon.

PARKing, Gym Rules AND SAFETY

Yes! There are ample undercovered bays in the building. First hour of parking is free of charge.
 
Metered street-side parking is also available. Street-side parking is free of charge after 6pm (Monday-Saturday) and on Sunday.

Our gym rules are located at the main entrance of both floors.

 

The gym rules will be explained during the gym tour and these must be strictly adhered to. 

Yes! There are 24 hours CCTVs installed throughout the interior of the premise. These CCTVs can be remotely monitored by staff at all times.
 
During unstaffed hours, should there be an emergency – Members can activate a panic button to alert a 24 hours monitoring service. Emergency services or TheTrack staff will be onsite as soon as possible.

TheTrack is accessible 24/7 via a security access panel. All members will be required to scan in to enter TheTrack.

Tailgating another member into TheTrack is not allowed.

The cardio section (which is on the second storey) is only accessible via the elevator entrance after hours. This will be shown to you during your gym tour.

Yes! We have secure lockers available at the gym for overnight storage.

These overnight lockers cost $20/month. Please kindly approach our staff or email us at Langley@thetrackgym.com.au if you require a locker

There are also cubby holes (free of charge) for your storage. These cubby holes are not meant for overnight storage and any belongings left behind will be cleared at the end of the day.

Whichever storage facility is used, members will still have to be responsible for their own personal belongings.

COVID-19

Yes! We are able to share equipment, as long as it is sanitized between uses.

Members are required to wipe down all equipment after use.

Due to Covid-19 regulations, our water fountain will be removed for use until further notice. The water fountain tap however will be kept on. Members can use the tap to fill up their drink bottles.

We have a very detailed cleaning schedule as well as providing anti-bacterial wipes for all members to sanitize the equipment between uses. 
 
theTrack also minimizes risk and maintain the hygiene by requiring all members to use a gym towel to train. It is a strict No Towel, No Gym policy.
 
Members are required to bring their own drink bottles as the water fountain has been removed for this period.
 
The premise and equipment are also cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis.

While there are no more mandates or restrictions imposed due to Covid-19, please refrain from entering The Track if you are feeling unwell or displaying flu-like symptoms.

Stay home, stay safe and get tested for Covid-19.

Face masks are no longer a mandate however you are still allowed to wear one if you are feeling uncomfortable being around crowds.

No! 

TheTrack is strictly in line with WA mandates when it comes to covid restrictions.

As of now, there is no longer a vaccine mandate requirement to enter gyms.
